- My game is frozen and is no longer responsive? Force-close the game and then relaunch.
- How do I force-close the game? To force-close on iOS, double-tap the Home button, then swipe up on the Kitty Pawp app screen. To force-close on Android, go to Settings, tap on Applications, then Manage Applications, tap on Kitty Pawp, then tap Force Stop.
- The game won't finish downloading or open! Please check that you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the issue still persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
- I'm stuck on the "Loading..." screen! Please check that you have a stable internet connection, then force-close the game and relaunch. If the issue still persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
